HFX-800M Color Hands Free Expandable Video Intercom System
Cyrex has once again raised the standard in video intercoms. As the first company to offer a Day and Night CCD chipset in an intercom system, we are pleased to launch the new HFX-800 color hands free expandable video intercom. This new system offers the same convenient 2 wire CAT5 installation and is expandable up to a total of 2 cameras and 4 monitors.
The HFX-800 is also one of the first in the industry to offer a full motion Video and Audio clip recording on a removable Secure Digital card. Video clips can now be viewed and archived on any PC or MAC.
The HFX not only offers convenience, but also provides an additional measure of security for your home. For businesses and commercial applications where access control is a concern, the system safeguards the entrance while remaining user-friendly to guests.
The system operates in color in daytime and automatically switches to B/W in low lighting conditions.
With the hands-free intercom system, you can safely identify visitors before answering. Simply by ringing the doorbell, the system transmits live audio and video directly to the monitor. At that point, you have the choice to enable intercom communication with a touch of a button. With the audio and video recording feature on a Secure Digital SD card, you will who was at your door even when you are not home.

Installation is a quick and easy. The system supports a wide range of wires from CAT5 (24AWG) to 18AWG. For retrofit, wires from existing door chimes may be used.
