To program your transmitter look between the LED light and the push button on the "Receiver". There is a little pin hole, use a paper clip to press the button inside the pin hole on the receiver, and the light will flash 4 times. This puts the receiver in "Learn Mode". Now you want to flash the high beams on your car to have the transmitter program to the receiver.
