The genie GIT-1 is compatible with your opener of your Genie unit that says "INTELLICODE" on the side of it and has a manufacture date of 1995-CURRENT. The manufacture date can be found on the motor head. The GIT-1 is also compatible with Ovehead CodeDodger units manufactured 1995-current. The genie is simple to use, it has good range and button sensitivity that conveniently includes a battery, visor clip and instructions.
