The red fire box provides a high level of security for business or home owners while still allowing a quick access for firefighters in case of emergencies. It also eliminates costly property damage caused by the fire department when forcibly entering your property.
The red fire box's door is secured by a pad lock. The fire department cut's the padlock in case of emergency and opens the fire box's door. Inside the fire box there is a switch that is triggered by the opening of the door. In turn, this sends a signal to the gate to open. The door will remain opened until the fire box door is closed.
The red fire box has a bright red coating for easy visiblity, with the words "FIRE DEPT or FIRE ACCESS" in bold white letters on the front. It is constructed of 14 guage steel and the dimensions are H:5 1/2 D:3 1/2 W:4 3/4
