The skylink 318TR universal receiver kit plus remote works with most brands of garage door openers, it is easy to program and installation is as simple as 1-2-3 connect 2 wires to the terminals of your existing wall mounted garage door opener button. Plug in the wires to the 318R receiver. Plug the receiver into an electrical outlet. Installation is now completed. Activate the keychain transmitter to operate the garage door opener. The 318TR has a one year warranty and is FCC/IC approved. Having the 318TR can also be used to control plug-in lighting, fan or small appliances with SW-318R wireless switch receiver(sold separately).
